Next to the old town. There are a few bars and grills just blocks from the river.
The old city is now mostly antique shops. There are other interesting places in the area.
There is also a trail head for the Katie Trail.
St Charles Heritage Days will be May 18-19 2002. This will be a good
to come and see the whole operation. The keel boats will be on display.
And there will be volenteer training.
