Southwest of Yankton SD. I-29 to Vermillion exit 26. West on Hwy 50 to Yankton. Hwy 50
becomes Hwy 52 when it crosses Hwy 81. Follow Hwy 52 to the sign that marks the dam.
Toe Road is just east of the road on top the dam. Toe road goes along the bottom of the dam
to the spill way where people fish. Toe Road also goes by and RV park with showers and continues
to the first ramp on the South Dakota side of the river.
