South of Wathena. I-29 to St Joe exit 46. West on Hwy 36 to Wathena. Left on St Joseph Street
in Wathena. The street turns into 5th Street headed south. Take Monument St south towards
Palermo. There is a sign at the ramp. There is also 2 ramps on the Missouri River on the
south side and one on the north side of the public ramp a mile or two away.
So look for the sign.
