Where I-70 crosses the Missouri river. The ramp is on the northwest side of the river
and the north side of I-70. At the Overton Exit. Take Hwy 179 100 yards to Hwy 98.
Turn left(east) on Hwy 98 and go through Overton. When Hwy 98 ends take a left turn
and go straight on Ragland road and follow to the ramp
