Booneville will have a Lewis & Clark opera Spring 2004.
The Big Muddy Festival will be the first weekend in April.
The Heritage Festival will be the fourth weekend in June.
Booneville has a lot of stores. There is a big grocery store with fuel
on the north side
of the river by Hwy 5 in the riverbottom
which makes it close to the river.
There is a Katie Trail campground in the area.
